Episode 1 - He That Believeth in Me 4/4/2008 Edit details Suspicion reigns as Starbuck returns to the fleet claiming to have been to Earth. Meanwhile, the four newly discovered Cylons try to figure out what they are while Baltar learns that he is the center of a cult revolving around the Cylon god.

Episode 2 - Six of One 4/11/2008 Edit details As a crazed Starbuck tries to convince President Roslin and Admiral Adama that they are heading away from Earth, infighting amongst the Cylons leads to an unprecedented coup.

Episode 1 - Occupation 10/6/2006 Edit details Resistance and dissent continues in New Caprica, the four-month-old colony of Cylon. The resistance attacks both Cylons and those who collaborate with them. Meanwhile, Adama and Apollo cannot decide on the best plan to rescue the colonists.

Episode 2 - Precipice 10/6/2006 Edit details Resistance leaders on New Caprica debate on the moral soundness of suicide bombings. To quell the growing insurgency, Cylons enact harsher rules and measures to stifle the growing dissent.

Episode 3 - Exodus: Part 1 10/13/2006 Edit details The resistance fights on New Caprica collaborate with those within the fleet to prepare for the evacuation of the planet. Number Three, a Cylon, encounters strange dreams that lead her to a human oracle.

Episode 4 - Exodus: Part 2 10/20/2006 Edit details The Galactica arrives on New Caprica and a major uprising is staged by the resistance fighters to evacuate the stranded colonists.

Episode 5 - Collaborators 10/27/2006 Edit details Three days after the uprising and exodus from New Caprica, a secret tribunal called The Circle, decides on the fate of the Colonials who collaborated with the Cylons during the occupation.

Episode 6 - Torn 11/3/2006 Edit details The Cylons debate on what to do with Baltar. They decide to keep him alive to help them find planet Earth. Eventually, he attempts to help the Cylons fight a virus spreading among their race.

Episode 7 - A Measure of Salvation 11/10/2006 Edit details The fleet discovers a dying Cylon Basestar. Faced with an opportunity, Adama and Roslin debate on the morality of launching a biological warfare against the Cylons with the possibility of eradicating their entire race.

Episode 8 - Hero 11/17/2006 Edit details A pilot, whom everyone thought have died years ago in a secret mission, escapes the Cylons and is able to return to Galactica. Adama is then compelled to confront one of the darkest moments of his career.

Episode 9 - Unfinished Business 12/1/2006 Edit details To easy tension among the crew and build camaraderie, Galactica holds a boxing tournament onboard with competitors between various crew members. A flashback shows Apollo and Starbuck’s falling out in New Caprica.

Episode 10 - The Passage 12/8/2006 Edit details The food supply of the fleet is put in jeopardy after it is contaminated. To rectify the problem, Galactica’s pilots have to fly through dangerous star clusters. Meanwhile, Kat is forced to deal with a dark secret from his past.

Episode 11 - The Eye of Jupiter 12/15/2006 Edit details Tyrol inadvertently discovers the Temple of Five, a place mentioned in the sacred texts, while collecting algae on a barren planet. This is still in response to the food supply problem of the fleet. A stand-off ensues when Cylons arrive looking for the same temple.

Episode 12 - Rapture 1/21/2007 Edit details The Cylons and the humans battle over the mysterious Eye of Jupiter, a historical and religious artifact found on the Temple of Five. A team of Centurions prepare to launch an attack toward the temple.

Episode 13 - Taking a Break from All Your Worries 1/28/2007 Edit details Prisoner Baltar aboard Galactica is interrogated, and, following delusions in his cell, proceeds to hang himself. He hallucinates until a guard pulls him down from the ceiling and gives him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Meanwhile, a newly established lounge called Joe’s Bar becomes popular.

Episode 14 - The Woman King 2/11/2007 Edit details Helo sets off to investigate a doctor helping civilian refugees aboard Galactica. Some of the patients protest the doctor’s examination and method because their Sagittarion faith rejects modern medicine.

Episode 15 - A Day in the Life 2/18/2007 Edit details The crew of Galactica are busy doing repair and maintenance work on the battleship. Chief Tyrol and his wife Cally prepare for repair duties. They end up trapped in a precarious area. Meanwhile, Adama reflects on memories of his wife as their anniversary approaches.

Episode 16 - Dirty Hands 2/25/2007 Edit details An accident nearly kills President Roslin. Meanwhile, after the experience while on repair duties with his wife, Tyrol demands safer working conditions throughout the fleet. In the process, he defies the orders of Adama.

Episode 17 - Maelstrom 3/4/2007 Edit details Starbuck struggles with dreams, hallucinations, and visions of her younger self in mirrors. Later on, while on patrol, Starbuck spots a Cylon raider and chases it until they reach a storm cloud. She defies orders and later on Adama questions her fitness for the job.

Episode 18 - The Son Also Rises 3/11/2007 Edit details Baltar’s representatives face assassination attempts as Roslin picks the members for his tribunal. Adama asks Apollo to safeguard the lawyers of the accused.

Episode 19 - Crossroads: Part 1 3/18/2007 Edit details Baltar’s trial begins and tensions run high. Meanwhile, Roslin is bothered by incessant questions from reporters about her worsening health and her cancer.

Episode 20 - Crossroads: Part 2 3/25/2007 Edit details Baltar’s trial concludes and the decision has the courtroom erupting in furor. Meanwhile, the fleet makes the final jump into the Ionian Nebula. Suddenly, Roslin faints and every ship suffer power outage.

Episode 1 - Scattered 7/15/2005 Edit details Tigh takes on the reins of Galactica as Adama is sick. He undergoes some problems as Galactica and the fleet go to separate directions.

Episode 2 - Valley of Darkness 7/22/2005 Edit details An attack from a Cyclon boarding party wrecks havoc on the ship. There are stranded crewmen on the planet of Kobol that are struggling to stay alive.

Episode 3 - Fragged 7/29/2005 Edit details As the one in charge of Galactica, Tigh encounters some issues regarding his leadership and responsibilities of command. Moreover, political tension grows throughout the fleet.

Episode 4 - Resistance 8/5/2005 Edit details Burdened by the responsibilities of command, Tigh declares martial law in the fleet. This triggers protests. Meanwhile, additional Caprica survivors are discovered by Starbuck and Helo.

Episode 5 - The Farm 8/12/2005 Edit details Reeling from the martial law declared, Adama and Roslin both struggle to win the hearts and minds of the fleet’s population.

Episode 6 - Home: Part 1 8/19/2005 Edit details Starbuck returns as Roslin sets off to find the Tomb of Athena. Adama, meanwhile, tries to replace the crewman who died during Roslin’s mutiny.

Episode 7 - Home: Part 2 8/26/2005 Edit details Roslin is still on his search of the Tomb of Athena. He is joined by her followers in the search party on Kobol. Meanwhile, Adama goes there to reunite the fleet.

Episode 8 - Final Cut 9/9/2005 Edit details A civilian reporter is given unrestricted access to do!@#!@ent the life onboard Galactica. This is meant to ease the tension between the civilian and military personnel of the fleet. While doing so, the journalist inadvertently discovers a death threat against Tigh.

Episode 9 - Flight of the Phoenix 9/16/2005 Edit details Multiple and frequent system malfunctions aboard Galactica reveal the existence of a leftover computer virus from the Cyclon when it was separated from the fleet. The crew is determined to contain such virus from spreading further. Meanwhile, Tyrol initiates a project of building a brand new carrier.

Episode 10 - Pegasus 9/23/2005 Edit details Battlestar Pegasus, another fighter that survived the attack on the Colonies, arrives and the fleet rejoices. The Pegasus is far larger and more modern than Galactica. Conflict arises, meanwhile, when the Pegasus commander tries to interfere with the affairs within Galactica.

Episode 11 - Resurrection Ship: Part 1 1/6/2006 Edit details Following some altercations regarding command of the two battlestars, the conflict between Galactica and Pegasus is put on hold when a Cylon ship is discovered.

Episode 12 - Resurrection Ship: Part 2 1/13/2006 Edit details The two battlestars, Galactica and Pegasus, join forces to attack the Cylon resurrection ship and the two Basestars that escort it. It proves to be a resounding victory with the ship and the basestars completely destroyed. The remaining Cylon forces are also neutralized.

Episode 13 - Epiphanies 1/20/2006 Edit details President Roslin is dying of cancer in Galactica’s sickbay. Tyrol discovers a civilian crewmember belonging to a secret group of Cylon sympathizers who believe the war against them is futile. Apparently still lucid, Roslin decrees the killing of the unborn child of a Cylon spy. The command receives opposition.

Episode 14 - Black Market 1/27/2006 Edit details Apollo leads an investigation toward the black market in the fleet, and it turns out that it is a battleship commander who is heavily involved in it. It leads Apollo to a cargo ship called Prometheus, the center of the black market activities.

Episode 15 - Scar 2/3/2006 Edit details The fighters of Galactica are hunted by a veteran Cylon raider named Scar. Meanwhile, Starbuck’s mental condition is tested. Scar is reputed to be the best raider in the Cylon fleet.

Episode 16 - Sacrifice 2/10/2006 Edit details Some terrorists take hostages aboard Cloud 9, a luxury passenger liner. Their demands include the handover of the Cylon prisoner onboard Galactica. There are disagreements on how to proceed with the terrorists’ demands.

Episode 17 - The Captain's Hand 2/17/2006 Edit details Apollo and Starbuck both contend with the new Pegasus commander. Roslin, meanwhile, has to make a very politically charged decision in view of a stowaway’s arrival in the fleet. The stowaway turns out to be a pregnant teen who requests for asylum aboard the Galactica.

Episode 18 - Downloaded 2/24/2006 Edit details Sharon goes into labor while Roslin and Adama figure out what to do with the hybrid. Meanwhile, the colonial defense system called Caprica-Six and Galactica-Sharon are both downloaded, a standard Cylon practice if a model is to perish.

Episode 19 - Lay Down Your Burdens: Part 1 3/3/2006 Edit details Starbuck leads a group of Raptors to go back to Cylon-controlled Caprica to rescue the surviving human resistance. Meanwhile, back at the fleet, things heat up leading to the presidential polls two weeks before the voting. A crucial election issue regarding permanent colonization is raised to gather support.

Episode 20 - Lay Down Your Burdens: Part 2 3/10/2006 Edit details As the elections are ongoing, Starbuck returns from the Caprica expedition. One of the survivors admits to being a Cylon with a message for the humans. The message comes as a surprise to both Adama and Roslin.

Episode 1 - 33 10/18/2004 Edit details The Cylons continue to attack the humans who just fled the last remaining Colonies. The human survivors must cope with the heavy losses of human lives, plus having to deal with lack of sleep, and the Cylons attack which happens every 33 minutes.

Episode 2 - Water 10/25/2004 Edit details Three days after the Olympic Carrier was destroyed, a water tank in Galactica explodes while transferring water to another carrier. This forces an emergency search for water.

Episode 3 - Bastille Day 11/1/2004 Edit details As a result of the scarcity in water, riots break out in the fleet. Apollo tries to convince the prisoners to instead help out with collecting water but a famous terrorist enters the picture and ruins his plans.

Episode 4 - Act of Contrition 11/8/2004 Edit details There is an accident on the hangar deck which kills many pilots. Starbuck is forced to train new ones. She, meanwhile, is haunted by old memories of her own training under Zak Adama.

Episode 5 - You Can't Go Home Again 11/15/2004 Edit details Starbuck is stranded on a barren planet, and Adam and Apollo set out to find and rescue her. In the process, they aggravate and become at odds with Tigh and Roslin.

Episode 6 - Litmus 11/22/2004 Edit details There is apparently a Cylon threat in the fleet, after a suicide bombing incident occurs. This prompts Adama to form an independent tribunal to investigate the incident and the growing threat in general.

Episode 7 - Six Degrees of Separation 11/29/2004 Edit details Baltar comes under fire when Number Six, a seductive, statuesque Cylon infiltrator accuses him of conniving with the Cylons to attain the destruction of the Colonies and the subsequent genocide of the human race.

Episode 8 - Flesh and Bone 12/6/2004 Edit details Starbuck and Roslin may have more things in common as Starbuck interrogates a capture Cylon while Roslin has visions of the same Cylon in his head.

Episode 9 - Tigh Me Up 12/13/2004 Edit details Adama is under fire for the possibility that he is a Cylon. Roslin then proceeds to investigate this probability. Meanwhile, Tigh receives a visitor for the past.

Episode 10 - The Hand of God 1/3/2005 Edit details The fleet is running low on fuel so Galactica dangerously plans to hijack and take control of a Cylon-controlled asteroid.

Episode 11 - Colonial Day 1/10/2005 Edit details Roslin tries to reconvene the Quorum of Twelve, the fictional governing body of the Twelve Colonies of Kobol. A complication arises, however, when Tom Zarek is elected to the Quorum. A political crisis for Roslin becomes imminent.

Episode 12 - Kobol's Last Gleaming: Part 1 1/17/2005 Edit details Roslin and Adama are divided as the lost birthplace of humanity is discovered. It turns out to be a planet called Kobol.

Episode 13 - Kobol's Last Gleaming: Part 2 1/24/2005 Edit details The ensuing political crisis between Roslin and Adama has Apollo in a twisted predicament. Starbuck, meanwhile, returns to Caprica on a mission for Roslin.

Episode 15 - Holiday 2/2/2006 Edit details End-title animation from episode 215, "Scar."
