Summary

The problem was his disciplined and strict adherence to all the rules made life dull. The town briefly voted him out, but upon learning how much work and effort it took to run the town, Taylor was put back into office.

Alexis Bledel - Gilmore Girls Alexis Bledel, the product of one Mexican and one Argentinean parent, grew up in Houston, Texas speaking only Spanish. It wasn't until grade school that she mastered English. On Gilmore Girls, Bledel put that mastery to use, espousing her dialogue in the patented rapid-fire delivery that Gilmore Girls was known for.

Prior to landing her part as Rory Gilmore on the Gilmore Girls, Bledel spent her childhood working as a model. It wasn't until an audition came along for Gilmore Girls that she began acting.
