Wes Bergmann is probably one of The Real World's most hotly debated characters - do you love him or hate him?  Despite his rocky behaivor on The Real World: Austin, he has matured over the years, appearing on Fresh Meat and most recently The Duel, where he took home the grand prize of $150,000.  Wes took time from his busy week at Arizona State to talk to BuddyTV about how his life has been changed by MTV, his new entrepreneurial ventures and the possibility of an MTV Wedding Special.



BuddyTV: So, how sick are you of interviewing about The Real World?

Wes: You know what?  I never get tired of it.

Although Diem Brown was eliminated two weeks ago on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Duel, she won the respect and admiration of her housemates, as well as viewers worldwide. Aside from her tenacity and strength to fight her ovarian cancer, she is also undeniably pretty with a drop dead gorgeous body.

Known for his frat boy persona, Brad "Konky Dong" Fiorenza certainly stands out in the reality show circuit. His noticeably well trimmed physique and greased hair also sets him apart from the crowd. With a hunky Italian façade merged with a Chicago accent, he can possibly allure viewers with his distinct and effervescent reputation. Moreover, being cast on MTV's Real World San Diego and Real World/Road Rules Challenges massively exposed him into fame.

Evan Starkman made his TV debut as one of the eponymous newbies on MTV's Real World/Roud Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat. On Fresh Meat, Evan was so beloved by fans that MTV brought him back for another challenge, this time taking place in Brazil and called The Duel. The Duel currently airs on MTV. Evan recently took time out of his hectic college schedule to sit down and talk to us about his start on MTV, the behind-the-scenes action on The Duel, and his plans for the future. Evan, for those of us who might not know, maybe you can tell us a little bit about yourself before you got into the MTV business. What exactly were you doing before Fresh Meat and The Duel?

PopMatters has a nice look at the premiere of MTV's new Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Duel. The Duel sees twenty former Real World or Road Rules contestants battle it out in a competition in which the two victors (one man and one woman) receive $500,000. About half the characters on the show are fairly despicable, which makes rooting against certain people quite easy.
