We‘ve narrowed it down to the Final Four, I say as if we had anything to do with it. They‘ve narrowed themselves down. Alison gives them all CDs/DVDs. Did she make them a mixtape of workout jams? Alison also tells Frado that since he is the biggest loser of the week, Curtis Stone will be visiting him to help his family cook. Curtis Stone is all over this show!Now the Final Four are traveling back home, leaving me to wonder how much of this episode (and next week‘s episode) will be flashback. They each get well-attended homecomings (even Ada) to dramatic music. This show makes me so emotional it‘s like every week is my period. Did you see Ada‘s shoes?! Also, please tell me you saw the commercial for the Biggest Loser game for Wii.
