Blue-eyed Taylor Laurence Handley was born on June 1, 1984 in Santa Barbara, California. The American actor has had numerous roles on both film and television, building up his extensive career. In 1998, he began appearing on screen by playing the character Rory Buck in the movie Jack Frost. This was followed by roles in shows like Sons of Thunder and Odd Man Out. In 2000, he worked on the Disney Channel Original Movie Phantom of the Megaplex, and was seen in the series Go Fish. He was nominated in 2001 for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Movie (Comedy), Leading Young Actor for his portrayal in Phantom of the Megaplexx.
In 2002, Taylor Handley landed a guest role in the Frasier episode “Juvenilia” as Trent. He continued his string of television appearances, making himself known in NYPD Blue, Touched by an Angel and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The next year, he was seen in the ABC Western drama Then Came Jones, before he became a guest star on Becker and on episodes of the last season of Dawson’s Creek. Handley later made multiple appearances on the first season of the hit series The O.C. There, he portrayed the character Oliver Trask, a mentally unstable teenager who almost commits suicide because of his infatuation with Marissa Cooper. In 2005, Handley got a role in Blind Justice, before he obtained work in three films. The next year, he was seen in The Standard, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning and Zerophilia. His next endeavor was September Dawn, which was released in 2007. After a short stint on CSI: Miami, Handley got a role in the CW series Hidden Palms as Johnny Miller. His character is that of an athletic A-student who got traumatized when his father committed suicide. The series was eventually cancelled, and Handley took on other roles.
