Previously on Smallville, Zor-El fought with Clark and attempted to shroud the world in darkness with an eclipse. Clark destroyed the blue crystal, which somehow caused Kara (Laura Vandervoort) to wake up in Detroit with a pesky case of amnesia. Lois got it on with Grant, forcing Chloe to give her a verbal smackdown, and also causing Lex to demand that Grant break up with her. He tries, but that just leads to more making out. Oh, and Grant might actually be Julian Luthor, Lex‘s brother. Who saw that one coming?
