'Grey's Anatomy': Season 8 Premiere Photos, Part 2

Grey’s Anatomy returns on Thursday, September 22 at 9pm with a special two-part episode. The second hour, “She’s Gone,” brings tension to Meredith and Derek’s adoption, Alex’s relationship with the other residents, Cristina’s pregnancy and Henry’s health.
