‘Dancing with the Stars’ Results: Ranking the Stars by Score
Each week, the judges dole out scores for each of the dancers. Then the viewers vote. Obviously, these two methods of determining favorites differ. How much they differ can be interesting. The following slides show the average score** earned by each dancer over the course of the season. As is always the case with
Dancing with the Stars, higher-scored dancers often leave before their lower-scored counterparts.
**Based on a maximum of 30 possible points for each dance. Dances ranked out of 40 were multiplied by a factor of 0.75 to match the other scores.
