Born on October 30, 1980 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Sarah Cater is a Canadian-born actress best known for her role on the CBS legal dramedy Shark. Raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, she has always been a dedicated dancer, and she would often grace other schools to take part of various dances. Her membership on the debate team, meanwhile, allowed her to extensively travel overseas. After graduation, she took a break and toured Europe for a year. She then joined the Ryerson Theater School in Toronto where she fell in love with performing a monologue.
Because of her talent, Sarah Carter immediately bagged a gig, appearing as a guest on the series Wolf Lake in 2001. This stint was quickly followed up by jobs on Dark Angel and Undeclared. She then proceeded to do movies after being cast in the 2001 psychological thriller Mindstorm, where she starred opposite Eric Roberts, Antonio Sabato. Jr, and Michael Ironside. In the movie, Carter was the kidnapped her daughters. What followed as a couple more films, Final Destination 2 and Final Destination.
Going back to television, Carter’s first primary role is Allie Bennett on Black Sash. While Black Sash was canceled after the first six months, Cater’s marital arts would later prove useful for her performance in the action DOA: Dead or Alive. What’s considered his breakthrough role, however, as his three-episode arc in seasons 3 and 4. She played Alicia Baker, who had the power to teleport herself. There was also something going on between him and Clark / Superman as she became his main interest for some time. After she was killed off on her third episode, DOA: Dead or Alive, she was cast as the daughter of a famous man who enters the DOA Tournament.
Sarah was born in Toronto and was raised in Winnipeg. She was a dancer and she acted in many musical theatre productions. One of the productions was called "Cats". She was also part of the Canadian Debate Team and competed all over the world. After her highschool graduation, she studied Fine Arts in Switzerland and then came back to Canada and studied theatre production at Ryerson University.
