Sara M. is a 34-year old cheese maker from Kingston, Jamaica. Now living in Miami, Florida, Sara is a graduate of AA Culinary Arts who began her career under Chef Mark Militello, one of the forefathers of New Florida cuisine. She was sous chef for Michelle Bernstein at Tantra in Miami and after five years as Chef de Cuisine at Ortanique, she went on to pursue her passion for cheese.
Sara M. is one of the fifteen contestants on season three of the reality show, Top Chef.
