Percy Daggs III was born on July 20, 1982. As a child, he was active in sports especially basketball and martial arts. He started acting at the age of 11, appearing in over 25 commercials. His television credits include The Guardian, NYPD Blue, Boston Public and Family Law. Ultimately, he is part of the television drama series Veronica Mars as Wallace Fennel.
