Oscar Campisi was born and raised in Bologna, Italy. At the age of 14, he left Italy in pursuit of a dance career. He moved to Munich, Germany and studied at the Heinze Bosel Stftung School of Music and Dance. He got in as a scholar and the school never regretted giving him the scholarship as he graduated with flying colors. After his graduation, he traveled to different countries as a dancer. He performed for several prominent ballet companies such as Jeune Ballet de France, National Ballet of Marseille, Roland Petite, London City Ballet, Scottish Ballet, Peter Shauffus Ballet, Hartford Ballet and The Metropolitan Opera in New York.
This 31-year-old has appeared on Broadway and in movies. He was part of the dance/romance film Step Up where he played the role of a ballet dancer. He was also a featured dancer in the 1997 animated adventure film by Disney, Enchanted.
Oscar graduated from the Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in 2007. He earns a living by working at the Warren Tricomi Salon in Manhattan.

Step It Up and Dance , where twelve dancers compete against each other in a series of tests including auditions for music videos and Las Vegas stage shows. At the end of the show, the winner will receive a $100,000 grand prize.
