Following a pretty solid send-off, One Tree Hill returns tonight with an all-new episode that puts Brooke and Julian‘s relationship under the microscope once again. If you recall, things didn‘t particularly end well for these two characters with all the Alex drama going on--- and by "all" I mean one involving Alex the junkie and the other involving Alex, Brooke‘s hot blonde British guy.
