The 26 guys and girls who slugged it out in New Zealand will have yet another go at each other again, but this time they‘d be in a room but seem that they‘re not, judging from the kind of things they will say about each other.  Yes, it‘s the episode in the MTV reality universe that in the past have included thrown shoes. 

The Real World has wrapped up yet another season. Last night, fans witnessed the roommates go head-to-head as pranks were taken too far.  While this nearly destroyed the bond between the girls and the guys, the Brooklyn cast ultimately learned to love and hate each other while pursuing their lifelong dreams.  But the emotion, excitement and suspense didn’t end there as viewers were also treated with a Brooklyn Reunion Special, in which the cast gathered for a full update of the season.

Ugh, if I was Evelyn, I would be so pissed!  I don‘t blame her for her defensive and aggressive attitude this season on Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Island

Last week on Real World/Road Rules, The Island, we saw how Abe desperately wanted to get voted off because of a phone call that told him his business was in grave danger.  Dave on the other hand, whined more about going home because he missed some important people in his life.  We guess that his story was more believable than Abe’s, so he was sent home, but he clearly asked the producers to give him a call if they were still interested in casting him for another season.

Note to MTV: Don‘t give a bunch of nutjobs, secluded on an island, a cell phone to share that only has 10 minutes on it.  Clearly, the production team on

Last week, Real World/Road Rules premiered with 20 cast members being shipped off to Bocas del Toro in Panama, where they will all be forced to soak up the sun.  There’s nothing but nature to surround the 20 contestants who will hopefully find this new setting a little bit more romantic than the usual candle lights and indoor dinners. (Although, of course, the alcohol is still free flowing. This is MTV, after all!) MTV added that this time, there will be no challenges.  So what will the new season bring?

So let me get this straight, MTV.  You want to change all of the rules of these Real World/Road Rules challenges.  There will be no teams and no challenges.  It‘s every man and woman for themselves.  There won‘t be a pimped out house, stocked with food.  The players will have to ration everything and will only receive air drops of food and supplies every so often.  You want to change the game entirely and you expect me to like it?  Well, MTV, you took a risk.  A risk that paid off.  Never have I been happier to see a bunch of spoiled, spotlight hogging reality contestants have to rough it on their own.  Of course, they were still given alcohol, which was lame, but how else do you expect to get Kenny and Johanna to get it on in front of everyone?

The 16th season of Real World / Road Rules Challenge premieres tonight 10pm on MTV.  According to teasers, the contestants, 20 Real Worlders and Road Rulers are dropped off into shark-infested waters in Panama, the southernmost country of Central America that connects North and South America.
