She has been seen in ads for Old Navy, Victoria's Secret, M&M's, Nautica, Armani, Chanel, H&M and Maidenform. Born in Murray, Kentucky on May 25, 1973, the model and actress studied at Vanderbilt University for two years. She dropped out of the university’s law program to make a name for herself in the modeling industry. She submitted photos of herself to agencies, eventually getting a call from NEXT Models.
Molly Sims' foray into television came five years ago when she landed the coveted role as host of MTV's House of Style. This soon gave her the courage to explore an acting career. Stepping off the runway to network television, she starred in NBC's hit series Las Vegas, as the manipulative Delinda Deline. Before she was cast in the series, Sims made several other appearances on both film and television. She had a small role in Frank McKlusky, C.I. in 2002 and was on an episode of Andy Richter Controls the Universe. She worked with MTV again, hosting 2003’s MTV Beauty and the Beat, before landing a role in The Twilight Zone. While playing Delinda Deline on Las Vegas, Sims managed to be cast on the 2004 film Starsky & Hutch. She portrayed the character Mrs. Feldman opposite Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller. She also became a celebrity judge for Miss USA 2005, and is credited for her role in the comedy The Benchwarmers. This allowed her to work with Rob Schneider, David Spade, and Jon Heder. In 2007, Sims accepted a role in the action crime film Venus & Vegas, playing Angie with actors Eddie Kaye Thomas and Donald Faison. She also had a role in the series Crossing Jordan, and has been cast in films like Pink Panther 2 and the comedy Yes Man.
