June 16, 1982

Melissa "Missy" Peregrym, who was born on June 16, 1982 in Montreal, Quebec grew up involving herself in school athletics such as soccer, snowboarding and other outdoor sports. By the time she was 18, she started began modeling and started to appear in commercials for Mercedes-Benz, Sprint Canada and the Olympics. In 2002, Peregrym made her television series debut on Dark Angel and later moved on to play roles in Jake 2.0, Smallville , Tru Calling , Life As We Know It and Andromeda. In 2007, she was cast for the role of Candice Wilmer in the series Heroes , and was set to appear on CW's Reaper.

Andi is played by Missy Peregrym in the television series, Reaper. Andi is the pretty co-worker of Sam, and although she went to college, she still works at The Work Bench with underachievers Sam and Sock. Sam, who has had a crush on Andi for a long time now, hasn't got the guts to ask her out, even if he happens to be Satan's assistant. He recently turned from a nobody into the somebody to save the world from escaped souls from Hell. With his newfound destiny, will he finally be able to come up to the girl he likes and ask her out? Reaper follows the adventures of an ordinary young man turned Hell guardian.

It's really easy to get down on yourself and get really self-centered in this industry. If you don't get the role, it's because of the way you look -- it's always about you.

To tell you the truth, I hope I don't have to be here forever. The only thing I've ever wanted in my life is to be a mom and a wife. And, really, would I want to raise my family here? Probably not.

I hung out with guys all the time. I was very active in sports. I didn't watch a lot of TV or go to movies very much. (On her tomboyish adolescence.)
