Born on December 2, 1983, Michelle Yi is a senior student at the University of Cincinatti. Michelle is close to obtaining a degree in fashion design, but also enjoys photography, traveling and most especially, rock climbing. As a rock climber, Michelle is highly competitive, but her competitiveness is not exhausted there, and this became apparent when Michelle started out as a Ravu tribe member in
Survivor: Fiji . Aside from engaging in strenuous physical activities, Michelle also likes to pass the time by reading books from her favorite author John Steinbeck and watching her favorite show,
The Amazing Race . She sees her mother, who is living in Taiwan, as her personal hero.
