Michael Lombardi was born and raised in Connecticut. He decided to pursue acting when he was still young, and he studied at the Connecticut Conservatory of Performing Arts before moving to New York City to seriously pursue his craft. He also graduated from the William Esper Studio. His small screen credits include appearances in Saturday Night Live, guest stunts on The Job and a lead role in the do!@#!@entary series Contest Searchlight.
 
Mike Silletti is played by Michael Lombardi on FX’s comedy-drama series Rescue Me. Mike is the new kid on the block, aka Probie, in NYC firefighting. He is the naive rookie who is out to prove himself and his worth to his co-workers, while figuring out how to arrange his personal life.
