Kristen McNamara came from Napa Valley, California. She plays the piano and guitar. Previously, she opened for great country acts such as Diamond Rio and Glen Campbell to name a few. She also performed all over California and worked with several legendary music producers. Recently, she released her second album called Restless.

Ultimately, Kristen became part of Season 4 of Nashville Star as one of the contestants. She was eliminated on Week 5.
