Kellie and Jamie Biographies:
Kellie Patterson is a Broadcast Journalism student at the University of South Carolina. Full of energy and greatly motivated, Kellie also minored in Sports Entertainment Management, an academic interest that was fueled by her love for NASCAR. Although she was told that she couldn't enroll in the Motorsports Marketing Class, she decided to go to the class anyway, and eventually, the school relented and allowed her to pursue her minor.
Jamie Hill is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina, having graduated with a degree in advertising. She was also part of the school's National Honors Society, and at present, works in film production. She makes sure to have quality time with her family, and describes herself as a friendly and outgoing person.
Kellie and Jamie were both captains of the USC Game!$#!#s Cheerleading squad, and have been very good friends since the time they first met. Both avid followers of The Amazing Race, they tried out for the show's tenth season because they wanted to explore places beyond South Carolina. In preparation for the race, Kellie and Jamie paid more attention to developing their athleticism and endurance. At the end of the 1st leg of the race, Kellie and Jamie were in the middle of the pack, having arrived 6th at the pit stop. However, after they were given wrong directions during the 2nd leg, they were unable to make up the lost valuable time and ultimately arrived last at the pit stop in Mongolia and were the third team eliminated.
