Josh Bernstein Biography:
Born on February 24, 1971 in Manhattan, Josh Bernstein studied at the Horace Mann School and went on to attend Cornell University. He graduated from the prestigious university with a degree in both Anthropology and Psychology. Post-graduation, he went to Jerusalem for one year to study mysticism and ancient texts. Aside from being the CEO of the Boulder Outdoor Survival School, Bernstein is also an accomplished explorer, writer and survival expert. Currently, he is sharing his expertise in anthropology with the world through the highly-watched television series, Digging for Truth.
Josh Bernstein was the host of the History Channel’s Digging for the Truth. The show follows Bernstein as he goes on different explorations in the hopes of bringing attention to the world’s greatest historical finds and mysteries. In 2007, Bernstein opened the third season with a special on the search for Atlantis.
As of 2008, Josh left the History Channel for the Discovery Channel and is now the host of his own show called, Into the Unknown with Josh Bernstein
