Jesse was born in Las Vegas. As an artist, he initially watched skilled tattoo artists perform and asked them questions about technique and art related matters. Eventually, he started tattooing his own skin, as well as his friends.

Moreover, he became part of the television show Inked as a professional tattoo artist at Hart & Huntington. He is now in his 7th year as an expert.
