James Stevenson was born on March 25, 1981 and grew up in a small horse farm in Tolland, Connecticut. He is best known for his portrayal of Jared Casey in the drama series, Passions. Jared Casey is portrayed by James Stevenson in the drama series, Passions. Jared arrived to Harmony for an interview for the position as Head Legal Counsel at Crane Industries, which was owned by Theresa Crane. What he did not know was that they had previously had a negative encounter at a bar, where she accidentally spilled her beverage on him. The two later became close, much to Ethan's jealousy. Ethan believed that Jared was keeping a lot of secrets and was exploiting Theresa's money and resources. The two were later engaged despite Ethan's efforts of proving Jared to be a scheming man.
