Zenel, the Puerto Rican native, grew up in the wild neighborhood of the Bronx. The crazy surroundings he became familiar with gave him a tough outer shell. Zenel is a firm believer in a G being the king of the block. For him, it takes a lot of street smarts and leadership skills to rule the crowd. He knows he has both, and much more to offer.
A working model and a plumber to boot, Zenel already has what it takes to have the trendsetting status of a G. He has appeared on a number of print ads throughout his life, and has enough confidence to take him places. He has been with the famous Sean John clothing company, as well as the Cezer brand of royalty clothing. Zenel is already a notable runway star, but needs to channel enough of that to attain a gentleman reputation. Even though it seems so, his looks aren’t all that matters to him. He still has a few rough edges to iron out, and being a part of From G’s to Gents is his means of doing it.
Zenel also lists his mother and father as his heroes. He admits that he has learned from his parents’ experiences in life, and that he is willing to apply them as he matures. With his stint in the MTV reality series, Zenel will once again make heads either shake or turn. He has to find his own way past the runway, in order to triumph to become a true gentleman. He wants to pursue a career in modeling, but being decked in a suit should not restrict him from expanding his tastes. Zenel must keep his composure as he takes on the competition, just as much as he wants to be a player in the modeling business.
