27-year-old Wil from Elgin, Illinois was known as whiz kid in the kitchen since he was a tender six years old. His reputation was such that there were articles written about him. This quality control chef had since have around 10 years' worth of experience professionally in the kitchen, including being a regional chef for Red Star Taverns, Head Line Cook at Pina's Place du Marche, and line cook at the Red Light Chicago.

Wil is one of the 16 chefs competing to survive Gordon Ramsay's less than palatable words on the Fox reality show Hell's Kitchen.
