He is an American rapper and hip-hop producer who was born on November 10, 1970 in Long Beach, California. He is also the step-brother of fellow record producer Dr. Dre. Back in the early 90s, he got together with Snoop Dogg and Nate Dogg to form the group 213, as well as introducing the others to Dr. Dre.
