As girls who grew up in the Midwest, Trish is best friends with actress Denise Richards. Although Denise’s family moved to California when she was 15, the girls stayed close and Trish ended up marrying Denise’s chiropractor, Steve.
As such, Trish became known for being part of the E! reality show Denise Richards: It’s Complicated. The show followed Denise as she dealt with motherhood, family, romance, and even Hollywood, where she made the transition to becoming a single mom with two kids after a bitter divorce proceeding. As Denise tried to settle in to a stable family life with her daughters, Trish has always been there to go out with her and have a good time.
Since then, the series was cancelled due to declining ratings. Denise Richards: It's Complicated ended its run in 2009.
