Born on January 9, 1976, Todd Andrew Grisham was educated at Wingate University on a soccer scholarship, but later transferred to University of West Georgia, where he earned his communications degree. He began his career in the television industry with KTVO in Ottumwa, Iowa, working for 18 months. He then transferred to KOLD-TV, where he became a sportscaster for five years. In 2004, he joined WWE as an announcer.
Working on WWE, Grisham used to be Ivory's (Lisa Moretti) co-host for the WWE Experience, but took on the show alone once she was released. In 2006, he teamed up with Josh Mathews to host the show. He also works on WWE's premier web show, WWE Byte This!, and hosts play-by-play for Heat alongside Jonathan Coachman. He subsequently does backstage interviews for Raw, and hosts Raw's UK catch-up program, WWE Bottom Line.
Grisham became Marc Lloyd's replacement for the WWE Canadian Updates and later replaced by Smackdown interviewer and back-up commentator Steve Romero.
Being an interviewer, Grisham often got insulted and physically harmed by the wrestlers he talks to. In November 2006, John Cena did a fireman's carry over on Grisham, who sustained no major injuries. In January 2007, he was hit by Shawn Michaels after he asked Shawn about the upcoming match against Edge (Adam Copeland) and Randy Orton. A month later, Mickie James slapped him after he asked her about her defeat by Melina Perez.
