Tawnya Reynolds is a member of Shakira's team on The Voice season 4.

Originally from New Mexico, Tawnya got into singing at the age of six. She moved to Nashville 11 years ago to pursue her music with just $200 in her pocket. Despite struggling to break into the business, she kept on performing and composing songs to earn recognition. Her musical influences include Merle Haggard, Vince Gill, and George Strait.

Fun Facts

In her blind audition for The Voice, she sang “Mammas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys" by Ed Bruce.

During battle rounds she performed a song called "The Chain" and advanced to the next round.

At the Knockout Rounds she went agaisnt Garrett Gardner singing "Hell on Heels" by Pistol Annies and was eliminated from the competition.
