Biography

Born on September 4, 1976, Stephanie McMahon is the Executive Vice President of the WWE, as well as the Creative Development and Operations and General Manager of the RAW brand. As the daughter of WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and WWE CEO Linda, she has been exposed to the industry at an early age. She graduated from Greenwich High School and Boston University, just like her brother, Shane.

Between 1999 and 2003, Stephanie McMahon has appeared on WWE television constantly as she used to be a WWF Women’s Champion and a Smackdown General Manager. Because of a long feud with her father, she was ousted from her position. Vince wanted her to “respectfully resign” from the post, but she refused and ended up in a series of matches with superstars like A-Train and Brock Lesnar. Accompanied by her mother, she lost the match and the job. She was later succeeded by Paul Heyman.

In 2005, Stephanie returned to television at WWE Homecoming. This was because she wanted to confront Stone Cold Steve Austin for stunning her father and brother. Her next appearance was in a March 2006 episode of RAW, when she was visibly pregnant. Later that year, she became the General Manager of that brand.

It was in October 25, 2003 that Stephanie married “Triple H” Levesque. Three years later, it was announced that they would be having their first child. She continued to work with WWE even while she was pregnant, despite the conflict in her storylines. On July 24, 2006, she gave birth to her daughter, Aurora Rose Levesque. Her second child with Triple H was born on July 28, 2008 and was named Murphy Claire Levesque.

Other than her work in WWE, Stephanie has appeared on The Howard Stern Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the Opie and Anthony Show, and on The Weakest Link. She has also been seen on MTV’s Punk’d, assisting in the prank of her husband.
