The resident technician of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, Shelly Sprague is an alumna of the process. She met Pinsky through his colleague Bob Forrest and continues to run a center at Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena, California. She was also given the nickname "The Shark."
