Sharon Angela is an actress, singer, musician, producer, and production designer best known for her role as Rosalie Aprile on the critically acclaimed HBO series The Sopranos, where she had been since its debut season. She studied acting with Elaine Aiken, playing several characters including Lucky in Waiting for Godot. She also sang, played the harmonica, produced, created sets and costumes, did hair and make-up with the Zoo theater on East 4th Street in New York City.
Angela burst into the professional acting scene with playing Tina in Tony and Tina’s Wedding. This was followed by roles in several films, including Ghost Dog, Two Family House, On the Run, The Dutchmaster, Red Passport, and Ibs. As for television, she was also on Law and Order, other than The Sopranos. Meanwhile, her theater credits include The Mayor’s Limo, The Father, and Sicilian Limes. She was with Tri Beca Lab Film company as assistant director. For several plays, he wrote plays, acted, and created poetry.
