From Toluca Lake, California comes Sara Trost, who became known as one of the contestants on Project Runway 8. She lasted until the third episode of the competition, in which the designers were tasked to create a garment from materials found at a party store. Since her departure from the show, she has continued designing and is based in Los Angeles.
