Sarah Grueneberg is a contestant on the ninth season of Top Chef. A graduate of the Art Institute, she is executive chef of Spiaggia, and its sister restaurant Cafe Spiaggia, both in Chicago. She specializes in Italian cuisine, but also her experience in Southern and Creole cooking.
