Sara N. is a 25-year old sous chef originally from Santa Monica, California. Now a New York resident, Sara graduated at the top of her class with a Culinary Arts/Management Degree from the Institute of Culinary Education. After graduation, she became an intern at the elite Per Se in New York City before becoming sous chef at Chef & Company. She then became executive chef at Stone Rose and is presently executive sous chef at Boucarou. Sara is best known for her French-Asian style of cooking and her favorite simple summer recipe is Grilled Soft Shelled Crab.
Sara N. is one of the fifteen hopefuls on the reality cooking show, Top Chef.
