Originally from Mare Rouge, Hati, Ron Duprat is an executive chef. After studying cooking at the College Aimee Cesaire and La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine, she became known for experimenting with exotic flavors, often mixing his Haitian Creole influences with French-Asian cuisine. His favorite summer recipe is jumbo scallop, sweet chili tahini sauce, watermelon and avocado slaw, while his favorite dish to prepare is flourless chocolate cake.
