29-year-old Robert tips the scales at nearly 400 pounds, but is surprisingly light on his feet whenever he gets on his turf: the kitchen. This sous chef from Quogue, New York has around 13 years' worth of experience, including establishments like Alies Cabin Vail Resorts, Patio Restaurant, and Q Restaurant. This product of the American Culinary Academy believes that no one is better than him in the kitchen, and he is keen on letting everyone know. Nicknamed Cuddles, he thinks that the best compliment he can get is when a customer pops the notch on his belt after a meal.

Robert is one of the 16 chefs competing to survive Gordon Ramsay's less than palatable words on the Fox reality show Hell's Kitchen.
