Actor Rob Morrow made a name for himself on the TV circuit, thanks to his role as Don Eppes on the series Numb3rs and as Joel Fleischman on Northern Exposure. He pursued acting during his teen years, specifically during his senior year after he dropped out of Miami Sunset Senior High School.
After landing his breakthrough role on the acclaimed series Northern Exposure, Morrow was cast in movies like Quiz Show, Mother, The Day Lincoln Was Shot, Into My Heart, Labor Pains and Maze, where he also served as director. On the small screen, he also appeared in Entourage, Street Time and The Whole Truth as Jimmy Brogan.
-An independent film Maze that Rob wrote, (directed and co-produced with wife Debbie) won the audience choice honerable mention award at Cinequest at the San Jose' Film Festival in March 2001 and it also won the AFI Fest New Directions Award - Special Mention.
-In 2000 at the Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival he won the 'President Award for Spirit of Independents'.
-In 1992 and 1993 he was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series
for: Northern Exposure.
