Reggie Lee migrated from the Philippines to the United States when he was a child. He began acting on stage in the 1990s, eventually making his Broadway debut in the Tony-winning musical "Carousel".
Lee began acting on screen in the late 1990s, and got his first prominent role in 2001's "The Fast and the Furious". In 2006, he joined the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise, appearing in the series' third and fourth films. He later starred in "Tropic Thunder", "Star Trek" and "Crazy Stupid Love".
Lee also has a notable oeuvre in television, including recurring roles in FOX's "Prison Break:, NBC's "Persons Unknown" and ABC's "No Ordinary Family". He was also part in FOX's short-lived comedy "Luis". He currently stars in the NBC series Grimm
