Twelve-year-old Pharaoh hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is an aspiring neurologist. He admires Nelson Mandela as one of the best world leaders, and Kennedy and Clinton as a few of the best American presidents. He believes that the world's biggest problems are global warming, lack of healthcare and education. Pharoah enjoys watching Law and Order SVU, Simpsons, Ugly Betty and Everybody Hates Chris and likes the movie Dream Girls.
Pharaoh is one of 40 kids to appear on CBS' reality show Kid Nation, which sends them to the barren Bonanza City, New Mexico, to bring life back to the old town. Once there, the kids engage in games to determine their social status in the kids-only society which will require them to become involved with labor and governance. Every episode will feature a town meeting wherein the kids would discuss problems and reward a worthy kid with a gold star worth $20,000.
