Biography

Peih-Gee Law appears as a contestant on the 15th season of the hit CBS reality television series, Survivor: China. She was born on April 7, 1978 in Hong Kong, though she presently lives in Marina Del Rey, California with two pet cats named Sugar and Butterface. She studied at an all-girls Catholic high school, and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. She likewise posted impressive academic results for her verbal SATs, 780/800. However, she was kicked out from the University of California, Los Angeles for getting low grades, which she says was due to too much partying. She has also worked previously as a dancer, performing in music videos for Daft Punk, Madonna, and Janet Jackson.

She has also appeared during the 1998 MTV Music Awards as one of the backup dancers for Madonna’s number, “Ray of Light.” After she attended junior college, she was allowed to return to UCLA, eventually earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. After she completed her studies, she moved to the United Kingdom to help set up an import/export company for her aunt and uncle. Upon returning to the U.S., she began working for her parents’ jewelry business, supervising various aspects of the operation such as manufacturing, appraisals, sales, and accounting.
