Born on March 17, 1986, Olesya Rulin is a Russian-American actress who first started out as a model at the tender age of 12, having been represented by four different agencies.
A graduate of West Jordan High in 2005, Rulin ventured into acting as she was cast in the Disney TV movie The Poof Point as Annie before landing her first horror flick, Urban Legends: Bloody Mary. She then gained worldwide recognition as she landed the supporting role of Kelsi Nielsen on yet another Disney movie franchise, High School Musical. She played the high school pianist/composer until the third movie installment.
In 2010, Rulin focused her attention to the big screen, landing roles in A Thousand Cuts and Family Weekend, which also stars Kristin Chenoweth and Joey King. She has also made appearances on the series Greek, playing the role of Abby.
