Lebanese actor Nick Tarabay started his career when he moved to New York City after graduating from high school. There, he worked for prominent fashion lines such as Hugo Boss and Gucci, while training as an actor at the Terry Schreiber Studio and appearing in several off-off-Broadway plays. He then moved to Los Angeles, where he underwent further training at the Larry Moss Studio and appeared in several local stage productions.
Tarabay made his television debut in 2000, appearing as a dancer in an episode of Sex and the City. Since then, he has played roles in other shows such as Moonlight, The Unit and CSI: Miami. He also got a recurring role in the acclaimed mob drama The Sopranos, where he played drug dealer Matush Gia. He also made his film debut during the time, appearing in a short film entitles When All Else Fails in 2005. His first regular television role is in the ensemble drama Crash, an adaptation of the award-winning film of the same name. He plays hot-headed police officer Axel Finet, who uses his looks and hunches to his advantage, without minding of the consequences.
