Maria Rangel, born October 18, 1964, works as a photographer and is from Playa Del Rey, California. She became known as one of the hopefuls among the thirteen ladies out to win the affection of tennis star, Mark Philippoussis, on the reality dating show, Age of Love. Having attended North Carolina School of the Arts and Carnegie Mellon, Maria has performed extensively on stage and has many TV guest appearances and films to her credit. She has been married once, in 1989. She is a confident, bright, fun woman who is not afraid to speak her mind. Her likeability and realness on the show, Age of Love, won her a fan base of both men and women wanting to know more about her. She admits that although younger men can be a heck of a lot of fun, they can often be a bit clueless. Maybe that explains why she decided to eliminate herself with just 3 contestants remaining.
