Maria Howell is a singer who has shared the stage with artists like Nancy Wilson, George Benson, Ray Charles and Earl Klugh. She and pianist Bill Wilson also hold the title of longest-running act at the Atlanta area, having performed weekly at Sambuca Jazz Cafe for nine straight years. She did a couple of recordings, including her most recent collection entitled "Reflections."

As an actress, Howell has appeared in over 20 films and TV series. These include The Closest Thing to Heaven, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, Army Wives, Drop Dead Diva, The Vampire Diaries, Necessary Roughness and What to Expect When You're Expecting. In 2012, she joined the cast of the NBC series Revolution as Grace.
