Lola Glaudini was born on November 24, 1971 in New York. The daughter of playwright Robert Glaudini and writer Nina Rosen, she attended Bard College and developed her love for the performing arts there. She starred in the drama Demonology at the Mark Taper Forum, earning a Drama-Logue Award as Best Actress.
Soon she made her way to television and landed a regular role on the CBS series Criminal Minds. Her portrayal of the character Elle Greenaway was shortlived, however, as she left the show in the second season. It was supposedly because she preferred to live in the East Coast rather than Los Angeles.
Her next venture became HBO's The Sopranos. There, she was cast as Federal Agent Deborah Ciccerone-Waldrup. She was also seen on NYPD Blue, FOX's The Good Guys, and even had a guest stint on the long-running medical drama ER.
Aside from her work on the small screen, she has appeared on movies such as Neil LaBute's Your Friends & Neighbors. In 2006, she played the first wife of Mark Wahlberg's character in Invincible. After more television work, she found herself in the role of Kat Damatto in NBC's mini-series Persons Unknown in 2010.
