Leslie Nease appears as a contestant on the 15th season of the hit CBS reality television series, Survivor: China. She was born on March 25, 1969, and presently lives in Tega Cay, South Carolina with her husband Rod and their kids, plus their pet dog Buddy. The daughter of a United States Marine, she traveled all over the globe with her family, studying and graduating from Kubasaki High School in Okinawa, Japan. She later went on to attend two years of college at Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and she presently works as a morning talk show host for a Christian radio station.
After staying on the air from nine a.m. up to 12 noon, she spends the rest of the day taking care of her children: Tommy, Kennedy, Payton, and Stephanie. She is also a fitness instructor, teaching classes three nights a week, with her specialty sports being kickboxing, step, sculpt and cycle. She also runs her own speaking ministry where she helps others rekindle and strengthen their faith. Her former occupations include waitress and personal fitness trainer, and she has also authored a book on spirituality and fitness titled Body Builders. Apart from her work, she enjoys camping, writing poetry, and holding yard sales.
