Laura Morett is one of the twenty castaways of Survivor: Samoa. The 39-year-old mother of three, and granddaughter of one, lives in Salem, Oregon, where she runs the lobby message center at the state capitol. She also moonlights as a fitness instructor, and during her free time, she takes motorcycle rides and participates in her church, studying women’s ministry.
The Hawaii native describes herself as a “fit version of Sarah Palin,” considering they both have the same political and religious beliefs, not to mention her daughter giving birth at 18. Determined and competitive, she vows that she will not compromise her faith on her way to win the competition.
