Standing 5 feet and three inches tall is Kourtney Mary Kardashian, who is the firstborn of Robert and Kris Kardashian. Born on April 18, 1979 in Los Angeles, California, her parents divorced in 1989, forcing her to live in both her mother and father's houses. Kardashian entered Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas but moved to University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona after two years. In 2002, she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts with a minor in Spanish. In 2005, she starred in her own reality series, Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive. There, she was portrayed as a rich girl who was spoiled rotten. She rose to fame in the program, and gained attention for her family. Two years later, she joined the rest of the Kardashians in a reality series from Ryan Seacrest Productions, titled Keeping up with the Kardashians.
Nicknamed "The Unassuming Firecracker," she is exactly that--a quiet type person who may suddenly burst out into a wild frenzy. Kourtney’s relationships have also been a feature on the series, especially the one she has with Scott Disick, who is the father of her son Mason Dash Disick.
With her mother and sisters, Kourtney Kardashian co-owns the clothing store Dash Boutique. She also assists Kris Kardashian in the children’s clothing store, Smooch. In 2008, she and her family appeared on Celebrity Family Feud, but lost to Team Deion.
Kourtney Kardashian joined her sister Khloe in a new reality series, which is a spin-off of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. It’s also from Ryan Seacrest Productions, and follows the two siblings in their pursuit of their own clothing business. They head to Miami, Florida to search for a staff for their boutique, and execute a hands-on approach to their work. Since then, she has landed a guest appearance on the ABC soap One Life to Live..
In 2011, she teamed up with her sister Kim on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, another series which documents their business in the Big Apple. Later on, the three sisters were cast as themselves on the show 90210. They also wrote an autobiography together, titled “Kardashian Konfidential.”
