Kimberly Alexander is a 25-year-old aspiring reporter from Columbia, South Carolina. She is a genuine southern belle raised in a religiously devout household. She is most commonly perceived as “ditzy” as she has a tendency to talk without thinking. As a result, her statements are often found offensive. She hopes to host an entertainment show one day.
Despite her devout upbringing, however, Alexander rebelled against her parents. Her new-found independence caused her to love being around people and always have a good time. She then worked as a bartender for a bar in Columbia, South Carolina called Locals.
Alexander is part of the newest season of MTV’s reality show, The Real World. It features seven strangers who live in a house for several months while cameras record their every move. The show moves to a different city each season. The Real World: Hollywood is the twentieth and latest installment to this highly successful series. For this season, majority of the cast aspire to work in the entertainment industry, precisely the reason why it is set in Hollywood, California. For the first time, the cast will also depend on environmentally friendly amenities, such as a solar-heated swimming pool, bamboo flooring, and energy-efficient lighting, among others.
Along with the other cast members, Alexander is an intern in this season’s workplace, IO West, a comedy club in Hollywood, which presents sketch and improvisational comedy every night.
